Mission
The mission of Truth Outreach Center (TOC) is to provide resources to ex-offenders, victims of domestic violence and those that are in a state of hopelessness in an effort to enable them to re-enter the mainstream with the necessary skills that build self-esteem, strong character and also be productive citizens within their community.
Vision
The vision is to bring hope to the hopeless, provisions to the poor, and a helping hand to those who are cast down by bringing people out of bondage and providing everyone with an opportunity for a second chance.
